ROC Coaching is an online fitness and nutrition coaching service operated by Ronan O'Callaghan, based in Ireland.

When you fill in the enquiry form on our website, we collect:

We do not collect any sensitive personal data (e.g. health records, payment details) through this website.

• Respond to your coaching enquiry
• Arrange a free consultation call
• Send you information about our coaching services if you have requested it

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry) and, where applicable, consent (where you have opted in to receive further communications).

We retain your contact details only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected — typically no longer than 12 months from your last interaction with us. If you become a client, your data is retained for the duration of the coaching relationship and up to 2 years afterwards for administrative purposes.

This website uses minimal cookies to improve your browsing experience. Specifically:

• Session preferences — we store your dark/light mode choice and cookie consent in your browser's localStorage. No tracking cookies are used.

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking at this time.

Our contact form is processed by FormSubmit.co, which forwards your submission to our email inbox. FormSubmit may temporarily store submitted data. Please refer to their privacy policy for details.
